Track My Order

Use this page to find help with tracking your Your Number Plates order. We supply UK number plate materials, trade supplies, blank acrylics, reflective sheets, raised digits, fittings, printing supplies, software and related products.

If tracking is available for your order, the courier tracking details will usually be sent by email or SMS after dispatch.


How to Track Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information by email or SMS. This may include a courier name, tracking number or tracking link.

Please check:

  • Your order confirmation email
  • Your dispatch email
  • Your spam or junk folder
  • Any SMS messages from the courier
  • The email address used at checkout

If you cannot find your tracking details, please contact us with your order number and the email address used when placing the order.


When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days, unless the product page or checkout states otherwise.

Once dispatched, most UK orders are normally delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the courier, delivery service and your location.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Remote areas, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer.


Bulk and Trade Orders

Bulk and trade orders may include number plate acrylics, reflective sheets, substrates, films, fittings, raised digits, printing supplies or other number plate components.

Large, heavy or high-value orders may be sent using a suitable courier service and may take slightly longer to process or deliver.

Some bulk orders may arrive in more than one parcel. If this happens, tracking information may be provided separately where available.


Software and Digital Orders

Number plate software and digital products may be supplied by email, download link, licence key or digital instructions.

Digital products are not normally sent by post unless clearly stated on the product page.

If you have ordered software, please check your inbox, spam folder and junk folder for download details or licence information.

If you have not received your software details, please contact us with your order number.


Tracking Not Updating

Courier tracking may not update immediately after dispatch. It can sometimes take time for the courier to scan and update the parcel in their system.

If your tracking has not updated for 24 to 48 hours after dispatch, please check again later or contact us if you are concerned.

Courier delays can happen during busy periods, bad weather, public holidays or network disruption.


Missed Deliveries

If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they may leave a card, send an email, send an SMS or update the tracking information.

Please follow the courier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection where required.

If a parcel is returned to us because of failed delivery, refusal, non-collection or incorrect delivery details, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The full name used on the order
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your delivery postcode
  • Any tracking number you have received

We will review the order details and, where necessary, contact the courier for an update.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • A short description of the issue

Please keep the damaged product and packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as the courier may require evidence for a claim.


Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery details supplied at checkout.

If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
