At Your Number Plates, we aim to provide clear, reliable UK delivery for our number plate materials, trade supplies, components, software and related products.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered when you buy from www.yournumberplates.co.uk.
UK Delivery Only
Your Number Plates currently supplies customers within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international delivery through this website. Orders placed with a delivery address outside the UK may be cancelled and refunded.
Products We Ship
We supply number plate materials, components and trade supplies, including:
- Blank number plate acrylics
- Reflective sheets and reflective materials
- Substrates and films
- Raised 3D gel and 4D acrylic digits
- Number plate fittings, screws, fixings and sticky pads
- Printing supplies and related consumables
- Number plate software and digital products
Some products may be supplied in bulk packs or trade quantities. Delivery options may vary depending on the size, weight and value of the order.
Order Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days, unless the product page, checkout page or order confirmation states otherwise.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During busy periods, stock checks, supplier delays, courier delays or public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a major delay with your order, we will contact you where possible.
UK Delivery Times
Once dispatched, most UK orders are normally delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the delivery service selected, courier performance and your location.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service has been purchased and confirmed.
Remote areas, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer and may have limited courier options.

Where free UK shipping is offered, this will be shown on the product page, cart page or checkout page.
Bulk, heavy or oversized trade orders may require a different delivery service. In some cases, we may contact you after the order is placed if a special delivery arrangement is required.
Bulk and Trade Orders
For larger orders of number plate materials, acrylics, reflectives, substrates, films or other trade supplies, delivery may be sent using a courier service suitable for heavier or higher-value parcels.
If your order is especially large, heavy or awkward to ship, we may contact you to confirm the best delivery method before dispatch.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
Software and Digital Products
Number plate software and other digital products may be supplied by download link, email instructions, licence key or another digital delivery method.
Digital products are not normally sent by post unless specifically stated on the product page.
Please check your email inbox, spam folder and junk folder after purchase. If you have not received your software information or download details, please contact us.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be sent by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take time to update after the parcel has been collected or scanned.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery details supplied at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Missed Deliveries
If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they may leave a card, update the tracking information or attempt redelivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier instructions and arrange redelivery or collection where required.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, non-collection or incorrect address details, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
Courier delays can occasionally happen and are outside our direct control.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Damaged Parcels
Please check your parcel carefully when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged product
- A short description of the issue
Damage must be reported promptly so we can review the issue and raise a claim with the courier where necessary.
Split Deliveries
Some orders may be sent in more than one parcel, especially where the order includes multiple product types, bulk items or products shipped from different stock locations.
If your order arrives in separate parcels, tracking information may be provided separately where available.
Click and Collect
If collection is available, this will be shown at checkout or agreed with us directly before collection.
Please do not travel to collect an order unless you have received confirmation that it is ready.
