About Your Number Plates
Your Number Plates supplies number plate materials, components and trade supplies within the United Kingdom.
Our product range may include blank number plate acrylics, reflective sheets, substrates, films, raised 3D gel and 4D acrylic digits, number plate fittings, fixings, printing supplies, software and related products used in number plate production.

UK Sales Only
This website currently supplies customers within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international delivery through this website. Orders placed with a delivery address outside the UK may be cancelled and refunded.
Consumer and Trade Customers
We supply both consumer and trade customers.
If you are buying as a consumer, your legal rights under UK consumer law still apply.
If you are buying as a business, trade customer, garage, motor dealer, sign maker, number plate retailer or professional plate maker, you are responsible for ensuring the products are suitable for your intended trade use before ordering.

Number Plate Compliance
Many products sold on this website are materials or components used in the production of number plates. Supplying a material or component does not automatically make a finished number plate legal or road compliant.
Where customers use our products to manufacture, supply or fit number plates, it is their responsibility to ensure that the finished number plate is produced correctly and complies with all applicable UK laws, regulations and standards.
This may include, where applicable, requirements relating to spacing, font, size, markings, supplier details, British Standard requirements, reflectivity, durability and lawful supply procedures.
Where finished registration plates are supplied, or where legal verification is required, customers may be asked to provide proof of identity and entitlement documents in line with DVLA requirements.
Where registered number plate supplier records are required, relevant records may be kept in accordance with legal obligations.
Ordering and Payment
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not guarantee that the order has been accepted, dispatched or fulfilled.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order where:
- The product is unavailable
- There is an error in the price, description or stock information
- Payment fails or is flagged for review
- Delivery details are incomplete or incorrect
- The order appears fraudulent, suspicious or abusive
- The product cannot legally or practically be supplied
- The order is outside our UK delivery area

Where goods are specially ordered, custom packed, cut, altered, modified or supplied in a specific trade quantity, they may not be eligible for change of mind returns unless agreed by us or required by law.
Trade customers should check all goods carefully on delivery and report any shortages, damage or incorrect items as soon as possible.
Software and Digital Products
Software, digital downloads, licence keys and digital instructions may be supplied by email, download link, licence activation or another digital delivery method.
Customers are responsible for checking that their device, operating system, internet connection and setup are suitable before purchasing software.
Some software may require Windows 10 or newer and an internet connection for licence authorisation, activation or continued use. Please check the product page for specific requirements.
Once software, a licence key, download link or digital product has been supplied, downloaded, accessed or activated, it may not be eligible for a change of mind refund unless faulty or required by law.
Software must not be copied, shared, resold, modified, reverse engineered or used outside the licence terms provided.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery service has been purchased and confirmed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, public holidays, severe weather, stock delays or events outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for product issues caused by incorrect storage, incorrect handling, misuse, incorrect installation or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

You must not use this website for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
